Mission
Technology serves the mission of the organization. Before we can know how to make your data processes more efficient we'll need to know what you do and why you do it. Once we tap into the passion of why your organization exists, then we can proceed to see how technology can best serve it.
Hardware and Software
Technology is rapidly changing. Has your organization kept up with those changes? Moreover, your organization's needs are likely to have changed as well. We study the hardware and software currently in use, how it relates to each other, and how it serves the mission of the organization.
Interviews
Interviews are conducted with both management and staff. Management often has a firm grasp on the big picture. Staff members who work on a component of a process usually know that part of the process very well.
Report
After we have solid understanding of your mission, the technology in use, and the various data processes we then present a report on our findings. There you will see which processes are creating bottlenecks along with suggestions on how to fix them.
